The SRMv2 Broadcast Mixer

SRM Mixer

The SRMv2 is a small, fixed format designed by Broadcast Radio to provide a high level of features in a package that novice broadcasters could easily understand. It is designed to work interactively with the Myriad Playout system but is equally at home working with any playout software.

Its simple layout and colourful design belie the advanced technical features that the mixer offers such as intelligent interaction with Myriad Playout, programmable fader functionality and a built in TBU & VoIP (Skype) channel.

Whilst Broadcast Radio designed the feature set and look of the SRM, the actual electronic design and fabrication was done in partnership with Sonifex so the SRM combines Broadcast Radio's innovative design with more than 45 years of Sonifex experience building broadcast electronics.

What we think

"This is our best selling mixer and the one we use in the majority of our studio packages. It is perfect for novice broadcasters but also offers a level of functionality that means that it is just as appealing to seasoned broadcasters. If you need a small broadcast studio mixer, we believe that this is the best one you can buy."
