CAPITOL IP PLUS is AEQ's next-generation digital audio broadcast mixing console, purpose-built for ON AIR control while remaining flexible enough to support a wide range of workflows and operational needs. It includes all the essential features expected in a professional broadcast environment, such as automatic monitor muting, cough mute, fader start, control signalling, automation triggers for external equipment, external communications handling, and integrated talkback/intercom functions — plus many additional capabilities.

- Analog stereo outputs for Control, Studio, CUE and Studio primary Headphone monitoring.

- 5 x mono mic/line inputs with phantom power and electronically balanced microphone inputs.
- 12 x analog inputs (can be configured as individual or stereo pairs).
- 8 x analog outputs (can be configured as individual or stereo pairs).
- 4 AES/EBU digital stereo inputs and 4 AES/EBU digital stereo outputs
that can be configured as SPDIF. - Sampling rate converters for the digital inputs.
- 2 x USB (I/O) digital stereo inputs/outputs.
- 8 x Opto-coupled GPI’s, 8 x opto-coupled GPO’s and 4 x GPO’s with relays.
- Multichannel: 16 x bidirectional channels via internal AoIP module
(AES67 technology, Dante format), with 4 channels reserved for communication with the surface. - Dante up-gradable to 32 x mono (or 16 x stereo) channels.

10 x Fader Control SurfaceList Item 1
The Capitol Plus features 10 x fully configurable faders which can be assigned to any available source or mix bus.
Each fader includes a full colour display, output bus assignment buttons (Program or Audition), fader starts, on/of buttons, gain control and more.
Layouts can be saved as snap shots and A/B sources can be setup for quick switching between sources.

Full Colour TouchscreenList Item 2
The full colour touchscreen allows you to monitor audio leveks and configure your Capitol Plus.
The monitoring section offers independent control for Studio and Control Room monitors and headphones.

M-Core Mix EngineList Item 3
The Capitol Plus is powered by the M-Core Mix Engine which is a 2u, self contained audio mixer, I/O and processing device, coupled with the control surface by CAT connection.
All core I/O is included with the M Core, delivering a compact, powertful and easy to install solution for radio of all sizes.
