Whether you need a quick refresher or want to go through the fundamentals, simply tell our team what areas you need help with and we will tailor your Remote Access Training session to suit. 

You can book Remote Access Training in blocks of one hour or by the day. We will focus just on the areas you want and cover as much as we can in the booked time. How It Works?

As the name suggests, Remote Access Training is delivered remotely allowing us to optimise the amount of training we can offer which in-turn means we can offer access to our high level experts at a fraction of the cost of them travelling to your site (or you coming to us). The 'one to one' nature also means we are able to tailor the training to your needs and in many cases, work on your actual system and content.

What will you need?

1. Access to a PC with a broadband internet connection. Ideally this should be your actual system but if that is not possible then we can also do Remote Access Training by sharing our system and demonstrating on our data.
   
2. The Team Viewer client. Don't worry it is dead simple, our engineer will direct you to a link on our website, you download the link, click run and a few minutes later you will be ready to begin training.
   
3. Some way to talk to us. You can call us on the phone but Skype also provides a cheap and reliable communication channel (particularly for overseas customers)
   
4. A cup of tea and some rich tea biscuits. Admittedly this last one is optional but highly recommended!
